Important Information

* Check-in/Check-out instructions:
Apartment keys and permits will be collected and returned to:
ShortstayMK, Luminous House (Landmark offices), 300 South Row, Central Milton Keynes, MK9 2FR.

Office working hours:
During working hours of Monday to Friday (9:00am to 5:00pm) a member of the ShortstayMK team will be present for key handover.
Out of office hours guest needs to bring the key code with them to unlock the key safe which will be in the entrance area. The key code will be emailed to the guest prior to arrival.

Check-in: From 3:00 PM 
Check-out: To 10:00 AM

Instructions how to get there:
Luminous House can be reached by travelling along Avebury Boulevard, turning into South 5th Street, and heading towards Petersfield Green. Luminous House is located on the far-left hand corner of the car parking area with South Row behind you. There is a large sign for Landmark.

Early check-in/ Late check-out:
They are both available on request and subject to availability, at an additional charge.

Management support:
- It is available on site between office hours 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
- It is available 24/7 by the emergency contact phone.

Pets policy:
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement only. A refundable pet deposit of £300 is required.
